11.00am members of Rotary Club Taksin and Rotary Club Eastern Seaboard arrived at Bernd’s factory unit to assemble the water filters for Thong Pha Phum.

All completed in less than 2 hours, well done everyone.

A Project with D2000 & The Trip to Thong Phaphum to distribute the first 60 Katadyn Gravity Water Filters at the very inaccessible fishing village at Bo Ong was very successful. The filters are very easy to understand and maintain.

The Villagers were very happy to receive one of these filters and it was good to see some of them already in use, with many happy faces, whilst on our way back to the boat.

The next 60 Katadyn water filters will be distributed in October during RYLA, near Udon Thani.
