Charity Drive by the Jesters Children’s Fair 2007 

Date: 9. September 2007 from 9.30 AM until 5.00 PM

Venue: On the Diana Garden Resort & Driving Range with the compliments of the Chairman of the Diana group:
Khun Noi – the Honorable Sopin Teppajug.

Charity Drive by the RCES: for the third year running our Rotary Club Eastern Seaboard rented 2 stands – one stand providing a over-sized “Lucky Wheel” manned, managed and promoted by our President Stefan Ryser in an appropriately colour-full Circus Director outfit. This stand was also the source of “Lucky Eggs” and those fortunate enough left with a price sporting a big smile.
The second stand displayed small children toys for sale.
All benefits gathered during the day are dedicated for “Charitable Purposes” supported by the RCES.

Guests at the RCES stands: We are very proud to have welcomed to their stands the eminent Major of Pattaya Khun Nirun Watanasartsathorn. His son walked away with one of our “Lucky Wheel” major rewards – an oversized Teddy Baer.

We also thank the Managing Director of the Snake Farm Pattaya Khun Pramot Rung Guang for the generous donation of two large containers of Ice-Cream which allowed us to provide a scoop of Ice-cream, the impromptu consolation prize to those who failed to win in the lottery of “Lucky Eggs”. He was another most welcome guest to our stands.
The RCES welcomed Presidents, Past Presidents and Members from other Rotary Clubs, not to mention the organizing committee of the Jester’s Fair. Thank you all for passing bye.

The hardworking folks without their help such an event would be a non-event. The RCES expresses their gratitude to the entire Family of Toy Ryser, which of course is Stefan’s good wife. Other heartfelt thanks go to Ms Coni Guder, who again helped out in the selling of goodies from our stand 2. There are many more to mention, who are the souls of our (RCES) charitable activities year-round. Thank you all very big!

We, the RCES thank all who supported our endeavors and we consider our day at the Jesters a successful event with a lot of fun for all concerned. Hope to see you all again in 2008 and please tell your friends, if you have enjoyed the day to join-in the fun next year. We, RCES shall be there again - for sure!
